This mid-century inspired custom home blends timeless architectural details with a warm, modern aesthetic. Completed through a collaborative partnership between CHBACI, TRU Trades, and our project management team, this residence provided a unique opportunity for trades students to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the creation of a beautifully crafted custom home. For project manager Paul Douglas, the build was a meaningful opportunity to give back to the community that helped shape his own career in the trades 25 years earlier. The result is a home that celebrates exceptional craftsmanship, collaboration, and the continued growth of the skilled trades community.
